Sometimes the effect of certain films is so strong that you tend to remember the actors in it for the roles they did. This has been the case since the magnum opus Baahubali released. The towering hunk Daggubati Rana did the role of the main antagonist Bhallaladeva and earned quite a repute for it.
Though he is a ruthless villain in that, Rana is currently being seen as a hero by a large group of people. Apparently, he started a campaign called ManaMadrasKosam from Ramanaidu studios. As part of that, he has brought in huge supplies of food and other important material for the flood relief victims in Chennai.
He got introduced to the Tamil audience as Bhallaladeva but in real life he became a hero with his gesture. Rana is a frequent traveler of Chennai and he has a strong attachment with that place. Now, he is reiterating his love for that place. This will never be forgotten by the Tamil crowds.
