As a hero, you are expected to commit yourself to a project completely and hence one movie takes nearly 4 to 5 months. But after Baahubali was announced, it was clear that the principal cast had to cater at least two years for it. This was mandatory for young rebel star Prabhas and the towering hunk Daggubati Rana.
However, there is a slight difference. While Rana has been making use of the gaps, Prabhas is not. During Baahubali shooting, when a gap came, Rana did another movie in Bollywood titled as Baby. He was also shooting for Rudhramadevi in the interim. That way, he had nearly three releases recently.
Now, before Baahubali 2 shoot commences, Rana is doing one more trilingual. But that has not been the case with Prabhas. He is doing Baahubali with dedication and it appears he would give two more years for the second part. Let us wait to see if he is going to change that by doing another project simultaneously.
