It was said that Sridevi demanded a high remuneration to act in this flick and even during the big release date, the film faced lot of last minute troubles.
But as we dig into the issue, it is said that the producers of Puli are yet to give a balance amount of 50 Lakhs for Sridevi. As the film failed at the Box Office, Sridevi is upset that she is yet to get her balance remuneration! She even complained to producers forum about this wrongdoing but she got a shocking twist from the producers! They maintained that it was Sridevi who is supposed to give 20 lakhs in return to them because her husband Boney Kapoor took 55 lakhs from the makers for the satellite rights in Hindi! This must be a big stunner for Sridevi and allows her to be more careful in accepting a film of this big scale next.
