The laid back romantic Akkineni Hero Naga Chaitanya is choosing his projects quite carefully taking intelligent steps for each project he gets. After stunning the audience with his Ye Maaya Chesave look in Gautham Menon’s Saahasam Swasaga Saagipo, he showed keen interest in working on the remake of most successful romantic film of the season- Premam from the house of Malayalam Cinema.
Titled after his father’s hit flick Majnu, Naga Chaitanya will be paired with Anupama Paramaeshwaran who acted in the original flick and the multi talented Shruti Hassan for the first time in his career. The good news is that, Majnu is all set to launch from November 30th. It Is going to be directed by witty filmmaker Chandoo Mondeti who made a supernatural thriller Karthikeya earlier.
Interestingly, this film will have two brilliant cameos from Nagarjuna as well as Venkatesh. The shooting begins from December first week and the romantic track between Chay and Shruti would be shot from then! The makers are planning for a grand scale romantic film by shooting in locations like Araku, Rajahmundry and Europe as well!
