As per the latest reports, Harassment case was filed on Telugu film director Srinu Vaitla at Banjara Hills Police Station based on his wife Santoshi Rupa’s complaint.
Going into the details, twenty days back she filed a complaint on her husband (Srinu Vaitla) stating that she was being mentally & physically tortured. On addressing her complaint, Banjara Hills Police filed a case under section 498A.
However there is news coming out that Rupa Vaitla came back to the Police station with her lawyer after a couple of days and submitted an affidavit regarding her compromise with her husband. She requested Banjara Hills Police to withdraw the case.
Anyways according to the procedures, once a case was filed then it should be settled with the court’s direction only. The same has been informed by Banjara Hills Police to Rupa Vaitla. We hope this case would end on a happier note as both of them agreed to continue their relationship.
