The Mega family fans were quite delighted to know that their favourite hero Chiranjeevi has opted to remake Kollywood hit film Kaththi with V.V.Vinayak as director which had Vijay and Samantha in the lead. Their delight makes more sense because the film is based on village problems in the country and it has always been Chiru's forte.
Even Ram Charan announced recently that he will be announcing about Chiranjeevi's full length film on the auspicious Dasara festival day. But sources have something else as an update now. It is said that Chiru is planning out opt out doing Kaththi remake for certain reasons. The main reason for his backing off is because, the hero is supposed to do a dual role in which one of the roles is of a young guy. Chiranjeevi apparently isn't sure whether he can pull off the young role with equal ease.
However, this doesn't mean Chiru will not be doing a full length film. The exact details will be known on auspicious Vijayadasami day!
