Veteran actor and yesteryear Star comedian Mada Venkateswara Rao (Maada) has been hospitalized today.
According to close sources, he was admitted to Apollo hospital, Hyderabad today and is currently being treated in an ICU under the close supervision of a team of doctors. There were already reports in few media channels that he breathed his last but it isn’t true (till the last update). However, further information about his health complaint is yet to be known.
He was born on October 10, 1950 and recently celebrated his 65th birthday. He made entry into Telugu films with ANR’s Andala Ramudu in 1973 but got recognition as ‘Maada’ from Chillara Kottu Chittema (1977). He worked as an Assistant Engineer in the Electricity Department before his entry into the film industry. He is quite popular as “Mada” and is known for many remarkable performances in films like Mutyala Muggu etc. His last notable appearance is Thrill (2009).
