If there is one director and a film personality who can speak his mind so boldly that it shakes up the industry at once, he is veteran filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao. He is known for his straightforward comments and hard hitting opinions which often become a scope for big debate. Now, the filmmaker is making an indirect plea to the makers of Bruce Lee for a different reason!
Dasari Narayana Rao opined that big hero films always have a bigger edge over films based on content and they can fetch good business irrespective of the release date. But films like Rudramadevi need to be supported well by the industry because it is based on a historic theme and it is a rare occurrence, indirectly advicing the makers of Bruce Lee to postpone their film thereby helping Rudramadevi to do better business.
Or is it another attempt to take a dig on Ram Charan? Even this might be plausible because Ram Charan earlier confirmed that Bruce Lee will release on Oct 16 and the first show would be arranged for the visually challenged kids of Devnar School. On the other hand, Rudramadevi's director Gunasekhar also made an open request to support his project by postponing other commercial big ticket films.
We will have to wait and see whether Bruce Lee's release date would be influenced by this!
