Ram Charan and Upasana showed their unique ideology when they asked people not to get expensive gifts for their wedding day. After three years of their marriage, they donated a sum of Rs. 3.5 Lakhs to a lightboy named Ramana who got injured last year in a film shooting. Ramana was admitted in Apollo Hospital which is run by Upasana herself.
