Anushka started her career as a glam doll and now emerged into a star performer with the films like Arundathi, Baahubali etc. She is the biggest crowd puller and indeed the face of many versatile films in the South Indian cinema today!
However, presently Anushka and her fans are in a state of confusion, perhaps, for the first time in her career with two of her films Rudramadevi & Size Zero releasing on the same day (Oct 9). This confusion was a resultant of the speculations that Rudramadevi’s release was postponed (from Oct 9) due to delay in 3D effects and the producers of Size Zero announcing the same day as their release date. Usually producers look for a convenient date of release to ensure good share of openings for their films and here is a scenario where two films of the same star are being released on the same day.
As a matter of fact, Size Zero’s openings would be naturally affected. However, PVP Cinema (the producers of Size Zero) wants to go ahead with the promised date of release and adding to it, they are even planning to release the audio on the 4th of October. Meanwhile, Rudramadevi has completed its censor and has been issued with U/A certificate and the Hindi version is quite certain to hit the screens on Oct 9 (as it is being distributed by Reliance Entertainment).
Well, an official clarification from the makers would just clear the clouds for the fans.
