After the remarkable success of Srimanthudu, every Telugu film goer was eager to see how different Mahesh Babu would look in the next film. Rightfully, he chose a family drama film Brahmotsavam by working again with Sreekanth Addala- who gave him the memorable family hit Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.
This film is also star studded with three leading ladies namely Samantha, Kajal Agarwal and Pranitha opposite the charming prince. While the initial buzz was that the film would be releasing as a Sankranthi special in 2016, now the release has been pushed to April 7! However reasons are yet to be known for this postponement.
Brahmotsavam is a film in the backdrop of new AP capital Vijayawada, and the makers are planning to simultaneously release it in Telugu and Tamil respectively.
