We are currently undergoing a phase wherein budgets don’t seem to be an issue for films being made in south cinema. There is a valid reason behind that given the fact that the magnum opus Baahubali has opened up many doors of the market stamina in south. Hence, heavy duty projects are in the offing.
Two of them which are now in spotlight are the Telugu movie Rudramadevi and the Tamil movie Puli. Both are scheduled to arrive in the month of October and a small analysis has taken place. Both have visual grandeur and right now the hungama for Puli is rather high due to various factors.
However, hopes are also built on Rudramadevi and that too since it is coming in Tamil from Telugu, due to Baahubali effect, the positive aura is there. As it is, the awesome beauty Anushka has also got a strong following in Tamil Nadu and this is a true historical so the interest element is very high.
