Cinema is originally a form of art but thanks to the changing conditions and the different types of individuals entering the industry, it has become an organized industry focusing on business and revenue. As a result, every Friday becomes crucial because that’s when new films arrive in theatres.
But Tollywood was in a major phase of regret and remorse yesterday. The reason being, there was not one proper release that took place and it means a golden chance has been missed to get collections. Ironically, next Friday is going to be jam-packed because multiple releases are taking place.
This has turned out to be a blessing in disguise for the last week’s release Kick 2 which has opened to very divided talk. Many expected the film is going to go below average but due to lack of releases yesterday, there is a chance that it can garner some more collections and enter safe zone.
