Rajamouli’s larger than life project Baahubali is admired for many reasons by Tollywood as well as other film industries. Out of those reasons, perhaps the biggest reason is its challenging budget. The film boasted about crazy budget right from its inception saying that the filmmakers don’t want to compromise on the quality at any cost.
Now that the first installment Baahubali: The Beginning is a remarkable success with an overall gross profit of Rs. 500 Crores, the filmmakers are planning to increase the budget even more for the second and final installment. The only reason they are citing for this sudden development is to give a better cinematic experience for the audience and take Telugu Film Industry’s standards to new level.
However, the additional budget will be used for VFX sequences and master craft animation, rather than more scenes involving the plot or characters. As a result, the main plot prepared by Rajamouli will remain intact!
