Nandamuri Natasimham Balayya has been a happy man for doing Dictator as his 99th film with Loukyam fame Srivass. This film is planned for Sankranthi 2016 release and already much anticipated talk began on his next film.
Among many speculations about which film would be his 100th and sources say that Balayya gave a nod of approval for his most favourite filmmaker Singeetham Srinivasa Rao for Sci Fi project Aditya 999- a sequel to Aditya 369 released in 1991 as the 101st film. It is a well known fact that versatile and experimental Balayya was unleashed by Singeetham earlier. Let it be Aditya 369, or folklore Bhairava Dweepam, or mythological Sri Krishnarjuna Vijayam, Singeetham always brought the best from this actor. Naturally, the much anticipated sequel Aditya 999 is a right decision by him. But with limited market of Sci Fi , would it appeal to the masses? Moreover, a science fiction film would cost high budget as sources say the script is heavily based on technological advancements. This would naturally mean a producer should be braced to invest 100 crores budget for this flick.
Going by the good success rate of Balayya- Singeetham combination, it is plausible for a big producer to invest in this film. We will have to wait for more updates on this really anticipated project!
