Harish Shankar is one of those young filmmakers who struck gold by directing Pawan Kalyan's biggest action entertainer Gabbar Singh. This film took him to new heights as one of the most influential directors of Tollywood with his masterful script, amazing comedy timing and perfect star valued portrayal of the hero.
However, he couldn't score such hit again after directing Jr.NTR in Ramayya Vastavayya. The film failed to reach audience's expectations and right from then he wanted to make another film with Jr.NTR and bounce back. This talented director is currently directing Subramanyam for Sale starring the mega hero Sai Dharam Tej and Regina Cassendra in lead roles. It will be wrapping up shooting in August and when it comes to which film he would do next, there was a speculation that he would work with Jr.NTR! This would be taken up by ace producer Dil Raju interestingly, this project is now confirmed!
