One of the main reason why you should consider yourself fortunate for being so close to Tollywood is due to the presence of some gifted and scholarly men. One among them is the versatile Tanikella Bharani. He is not just an actor but an amazing writer/orator/director/poet and to an extent, singer.
Yet again, Bharani stole the show at the recently concluded NATS celebrations in the USA. His programs stood at the top. In one program, he sang two songs ‘Atagadara shiva…’ ‘Sabhash ra shankara…’. The literary hall was the venue and it was packed to full house. Bharani’s songs brought tears to many.
The second program was Ashtavadhanam and he came up with comedy for two hours nonstop. People were laughing their guts out and the main person in this was Dr Kadimella Varaprasad. The event was a lot of fun because it had the likes of film lyricists Bhaskarabhatla Ravi Kumar, Anant Sriram, Sirasri, dialogue king Sai Kumar throwing their share of questions and giving their own share of entertainment. Even the Navarasalu event also became a hit wherein Bharani was the key person. Apart from them, noted Tollywood writer BVS Ravi also took part in Navarasalu.
