It is a known fact that ace producer Bandla Ganesh was stuck in a legal case regarding bouncing of cheuqes relating to his previous produced film Nee Jathaga Nenundali. Hero Sachin, who is also the director of Viking Media organization has filed a case on the producer saying the latter cheated him and yet to give the distribution related money.
Bandla Ganesh appeared in Namapally court today and was granted bail. The case has been adjourned till August 14 for further investigation. Nee Jathaga Nenundali was a remake of Bollywood hit Aashiqui-2 starring Sachin and Nazia Hussain in lead roles. The film could not live up to the expectations despite having good music and mediocre performances from the lead actors.
It was indeed a disappointment for the hero Sachin as well as producer Bandla Ganesh and it's sad that the film is still haunting them both in terms of legal troubles.
