When you enter the race for grabbing a spot among the heroines in today’s time, you are mentally prepared that your innings is quite shortlived. Given that situation, can you imagine a scene wherein you are struck by cancer, you fight it out and then come back to act in films?
All this would have sounded rather filmy but something like this has happened. We are talking about the noted starlet Manisha Koirala who ruled the roost with blockbuster hits in Tamil like Bombay, Mudhalvan, Indian which came in Telugu as Bombay, Oke Okkadu and Bharateeyudu respectively.
Apparently, Manisha was struck by ovarian cancer but she fought it out determinedly and came out of it. Now, she is back to business and very soon she would be seen in the Tamil movie Oru Melliya Kodu wherein she is pairing up with Kick and Race Gurram fame Shaam. Welcome back Manisha!
