When you become an actor you must be ready to take up any form of role and that’s when your versatility is proven. But there are times when your body is perfect and you have to essay the role of a physically challenged person. Raghuvaran pulled off an excellent act in the movie Pasivaadi Praanam many years ago.
Now, the senior actor Nasser is going to be seen in a handicapped look in the magnum opus Baahubali. Apparently, his left hand is seen rather short and as if it is affected by polio. This is not for real but through graphics they have done that. So, Nasser has to justify that role and change his body language accordingly.
Not just that, it is the biggest interesting feat to watch onscreen as to how the graphic experts have managed to make it look as convincing as possible. Incidentally, Nasser is playing the role of a person who is filled with jealousy and envy so this physical characterization looks quite justified.
