And this 2015, the director has redeemed his form with Temper and has hit the bull's eye with the prestigious 150th project of Megastar Chiranjeevi. While rumours and specualtions are rife about the originality of Chiru's 150th film story, Puri has confirmed his next with Superstar Mahesh Babu.
Meanwhile, some media channels have aired stories describing Puri's project with Mahesh as a back up plan to Chiru's 150th. These stories have in fact hurt Puri Jagannadh, as per sources close to the director. Puri is one director who has made films with all biggies irrespective of their families and stardoms. So this sensitive director was offended when a television channel that has interviewed his previously aired such a story. Fans down here are very sensitive and such stories might send wrong signals to their respective fans, according to Puri.
