For any film to create the right kind of impact and impression, a title plays a key role and this is the reason why many filmmakers spend a lot of time in coining the right name. And if it is a film coming from another language in dubbed format, there is a need to come up with a title which connects to the local nativity.
In view of that, when the tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli was shaping up his magnum opus Baahubali and taking it to Tamil, many thought he would name it as Mahabali. But now the confusion is cleared as Rajamouli unveiled the Tamil poster for the movie.
He has stuck to Baahubali only. Usually Tamil titles are given because that would entitle you for exemption on tax. Some are suggesting maybe Rajamouli should have made it Baghubali because that becomes a Tamil word. Well, if he has done this there must be a valid reason behind it so let us move ahead with Rajamouli.
