Whether it is a new trend setting in or the saturation point for regular formula scripts, it has been observed that many filmmakers are now shifting their focus towards horror movies. In that, they are mixing the fear factor with humor as well. So, here is a look at some of the movies that entertained the Telugu audience.
The list begins with Ram Gopal Varma’s Ice Cream which got mixed reactions but gave few creepy moments. But Anjali’s Geethanjali that released later became one of the surprising hits of 2014. This was followed by Ice Cream 2 made by Ram Gopal Varma. The film didn’t work much but RGV is going to come up with many more in the Ice Cream series.
Last but not the least, the recent release The End is creating quite a scare among the audience and it is keeping up the hopes of all those filmmakers who are in the process of making horror flicks. Reports reveal 2015 will be having many more horror flicks as the genre still remains untapped and unexplored to its fullest.
