You don’t need an introduction to the Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan but did you know that Tollywood has got a version of Hrithik as well? That is what some sections of the audience, media and filmnagar fraternity say. His name is Arvind Krishna and he made his debut as a hero with It’s My Love Story helmed by Madhura Sreedhar and many felt he reminds of Hrithik a lot.
Recently, Arvind himself was asked how he feels about this title. Here’s what he had to say
“It is very humbling. To be given that title draws a comparison on some level and that is very encouraging and flattering! Do I deserve such a title?! Probably not! But it could mean someone somewhere may have seen potential in me to be shown that way or to do the kind of roles he does or to have a similar appeal like he does!

I will surely try my level best to be able to bring in as much skill and finesse to my work, much like Hrithik and do justice to the title! And along the way, hopefully carve a niche for myself taking him as inspiration and taking the title as motivation and as a benchmark to aim for!
Though it looks Herculean, I surely want to be able to be at a stage where I can showcase such grace in dances or fights or a chiseled physique like Hrithik. Hope the turn comes soon to show such variation in the roles and looks as well! The Telugu audience is ever receptive and encouraging of new talent and this itself says a lot. I would work hard not to disappoint them.”
Arvind is arriving with the film Mana Kurralle shortly.
