While one is ‘Baahubali’ which would arrive next year, the other is Rudramadevi which is not only a period movie but also based on the real life of the warrior queen of the Kakatiya dynasty.
While Baahubali has been causing enough buzz with its promotional strategies, Rudramadevi has opted for something silent. But it looks like this is just the calm before the storm. Recently, senior director Krishna Vamsi managed to catch few glimpses of the film and he is in a state of shock. The cine folks say Krishna Vamsi is a tough man to please but Rudramadevi has done the impossible.
Unable to control his emotions and reactions, Krishnavamsi shot a letter to director Gunasekhar and to all members of the film fraternity. His appreciation for the film is going beyond words and the creative genius has certified that right from artists such as Anushka to Allu Arjun to technicians like maestro Ilaiyaraaja have shown a sublime form in their contribution. With KV’s testimony, the expectations have touched a new level on ‘Rudramadevi’ now.
