Big Dasara movie festival came to an end with Aagadu and Govindudu Andarivadele. Now over three small budget films came before audiences. Rajamouli’s assistant Trikoti made his debut as director with an unusual family subject Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya. Puri inked love story Romeo under the direction of Gopi Ganesh made their presences felt in theaters and last but not the least the uniquely promoted road film Paathshala director writer turned director Mahi V Raghav.
Out of these three films, Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya got more number of theaters compared to Paathshala and Romeo. Coming to film critics and public talk, Paathshala and Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya received positive response.
Both Paathshala and Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya have interesting and never-told-before story lines. Directors Mahi V Raghav and Trikoti pulled out and broke the commercial Telugu film format with their movies. If you’re looking for a fresh youthful entertainer then watch Paathshala movie and if you prefer family entertainers then watch Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya film this weekend.
