The audio release event of the Mahesh Babu starrer Aagadu was one of its kind and the presence of cine bigwigs created quite a bit of stir. But what caught the attention of many was the presence of director Shankar. This showman of the south came as the special guest for the audio launch.
With this, a gossip began to make rounds that even Mahesh is going to come for the audio release event of Ai, the next venture of Shankar. However, here is the truth. The reason behind Shankar’s visit is not Mahesh but ‘Aagadu’s music director Thaman. Sources reveal Thaman had invited Shankar and also few other close friends.
Apparently, both Thaman and Shankar have close relation since the time of Boys since Thaman acted in that film. Their rapport is very strong and has been in touch since then. So, for the audio function of Ai, it is not Mahesh but Thaman who would be attending and trying to rub shoulders with the likes of Jackie Chan, Arnold Schwarzenegger as they are also expected.
