After coming up with a rather offbeat yet interesting venture like Sahasam, the aggressive star Gopichand is all set to arrive with his new movie Loukyam. Just as the title indicates, there seems to be a good proportion of wisdom in the team as well. The reason for that is, it has the star writer Kona Venkat who is a master chef in cooking hit formulas.
For Loukyam also, something has been designed. Generally whenever Kona Venkat writes a script, the comedy king Brahmanandam enters the second half and takes the film to a new range. Secondly, Kona has the habit of doing a spoof on a film or taking a dig at a particular hero from a different movie.
In Loukyam, there is already a spoof on the family hit Manam and some comedy has been cooked based on that. By aligning the three tangents of Kona Venkat, Brahmanandam and the spoof, Gopichand seems to have got into the right path for success. The film also has Bollywood star Mukesh Rishi doing a powerful and impact creating role.
