One of the recent releases that hit the Tollywood screens is Maaya and given its unique concept of Extra Sensory Perception (ESP), the movie has been well received by the urban audience. Now, it looks like the film has caused such a stir that almost the entire nation is preparing itself to be rocked by it.
Well, news is that Maaya is getting ready to be remade in multiple languages. Already, the famous banner of Sandalwood Dhanalakshmi Printers has bought the remake rights for the film in Kannada. The other update is, recently members from Bengali and Oriya industries have also begun discussions.
The remake rights deal is expected to close this week. To top it all, there is also news that a star writer from Tollywood has gone to Mumbai to meet the famous actor Emraan Hashmi to narrate the story of Maaya and if the actor approves then it would be remade there with him. Maaya is directed by Neelakanta and produced by Madhura Sreedhar and these two men are making Tollywood proud.
