Recently, one film has become the most talked movie of the season and it is Maaya directed by Neelakanta and produced by Madhura Sreedhar. The clock is ticking for it’s release and litmus test at the box office on 1st of August. Meanwhile, some good news is already taking shape for its makers. Well, reports say the Kannada rights of the film have been sold at a meaty price and Malayalam film makers too getting ready to attain the remake rights.
A noted production house in Sandalwood which is currently doing the remake of the Telugu hit Prema Katha Chitram has reportedly taken the Kannada rights for Maaya. This is inside news and an official announcement will be out soon.
Starring Harshavardhan Rane along with Avantika, Sushma Raaj. The concept of the film is offbeat as it deals with Extra Sensory Perception (ESP) and it is a very good sign to see other industries coming forward to take our stories.
