Naga Chaitanya and Samantha starrer Auto Nagar Surya has completed its first weekend pretty decently. This Deva Katta directorial that has hit the screens amidst the ‘delay sentiment’ has managed to put some decent figures at the box-office in spite of the mixed reviews.
According to latest trade market reports, the film has minted around Rs. 5.64 crores worldwide by the end of the first weekend. Here is a breakup of the early estimates –
Nizam – Rs. 1.41 crores
Ceeded – Rs. 92 lakhs
Vizag – Rs. 58 lakhs
East – Rs. 36 lakhs
West – Rs. 34 lakhs
Krishna – Rs. 36 lakhs
Guntur – Rs. 45 lakhs
Nellore – Rs. 17 lakhs
A total of Rs. 4.5 crores [Including Nizam and AP shares]
Rest of AP & Nizam – Rs. 45 lakhs
Overseas – Rs. 60 lakhs
Though there is mixed response all over, with the heavy promotion, the film is expected to deliver some more numbers by the end of this week.
