Young actress Avika Gor has become a superstar overnight with just one hit film [Uyyala Jampala] and she is still continuing her roles in Hindi serials. The success of Uyyala Jampala has brought her into the limelight and got her many offers - but she has signed only a couple of them due to her prior commitments.
Avika is currently in Hyderabad for taking part in the shooting of her new Telugu film titled Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki. Though the film was formally launched a couple of months back, the regular shoot got delayed due to the leg injury of its heroine Avika Gor. As per the production team, Avika was injured in Mumbai during the shoot of a popular Hindi serial. Avika's leg was injured and she was advised to take some rest for a couple of weeks. She is said to be in good health now and is also seen in action on the sets.
