His third film Okkadine was in fact a disaster and now his fourth release Prathinidhi, a political drama is garnering rave reviews for its good concept.
However, the movie has bagged a pro-TDP remark with a few scenes promoting the party essentially before the elections. In addition to this, Nara Rohit has started extensively campaigning for his party. It is said that he will be campaigning for about 10 days. On the other hand, Prathinidhi has been bought by MAA TV for about Rs. 1.5 crore and the producers are super happy about it. So, his party is being promoted either ways.
