Ram Charan’s Yevadu is the first biggest hit of 2014 for Tollywood and after managing to create many records at box-office, it has completed its 100 days run now [21st April]. As per the official reports, Yevadu has run for 100 days in 3 direct centers – Adoni, Gudiwada and Yemmiganur without any deficit. In these days of short runs, this is big achievement for the film and the makers are said to be very happy with this news!
Yevadu has been in the labs for more than 5 months due to political agitations and was finally released for Pongal 2014. Even with a direct competition from Mahesh Babu’s 1-Nenokkadine film, Yevadu has collected a worldwide share of around 47.5 crores from its full run. If you add the collections from its Malayalam version, it has almost touched the 50 crore mark. Dil Raju should be appreciated for not losing the hopes on his film with such a long delay and the promotion has played a big part in the film’s success.
