In her career spanning more than 14 years, Trisha has acted in 50 odd films and she has also won umpteen awards. But now, apparently, the Varsham lady seems to have cut down her remuneration heavily. And the only reason behind it is – paucity of films in her hand.
Back in the days of yore, she was described as ‘Highest Paid actress in the South’ and the diverse actress has also made above 1 Crore at her fingertips for a single project. But, as she is struggling to get the offers now, she has decided to get underpay (i.e. just 20 Lakhs for a single film).

On the other hand, Trisha’s Tamil films Boologam and Endrendrum Punnagai are gearing up for release and the only Telugu film (RUM), which she was doing is now shelved due to some financial troubles.
