Comedian Brahmanandam's son Goutham garnered good marks as an actor but he did not score hit at box office. Nevertheless Goutham took his own time in finding the right subject and he seems to have got one. Basanti is the title of his forthcoming flick which is based on student life. Award winning director Chaitanya Dantuluri of Baanam fame is directing and producing the movie on Startcamera Pictures banner.
Currently the shooting of the film is final stages and the makers are planning for release in December month. Alisha Baig and Naveena Jackson are the leading ladies in this film while Mani Sharma is scoring music. Hope Goutham will strike box office in his third attempt.
