Having failed to pay debt of Rupees 36 Lakhs, Producer and actress Jeevitha Rajasekhar has been issued non-bailable warrant by the Nampally Court. Parandhama Reddy, a retired engineer gave the amount to Rajasekhar couple for a film production as debt.
In return, the couple issued two illegitimate cheques of 18 Lakhs each. Mr. Reddy approached Rajasekhar couple regarding this. As there was no reply from Rajasekhar and Jeevitha, Mr.Reddy has approached the court. Even then, the couple did not respond over the issue. Irked by their negligence, Nampally court has summoned non-bailable warrant against Rajasekhar couple.
The court also ordered them to attend before the magistrate on October 29th without any fail. Rajasekhar couple is yet to comment on this issue.
