Lover boy Nithin’s first flick with ace director Puri Jagannadh titled Heart Attack has begun the regular shoot from today at Aluminum Factory in Hyderabad, where a special set has been erected. Puri initiated the shooting part with climax episode like he previously did for Ravi Teja’s Super hit 'Itlu Sravani Subramanyam’.
