A 9 year old girl was raped by a 40 year old in the poultry belonging to producer Bandla Ganesh. Going by the complaint filed with Human rights Commision, AP it is learnt that the incident happened last week at Parameshwara poultry in Timmaji Palle in Shadnagar Mandal, Mahaboobnagar district but the issue was kept under the mat. The issue has now come under the limelight when an independent organization filed a petition in State Human Rights Commission against producer Ganesh regarding the child labor.
Well, child labor has been banned in our country long back by the government but it failed to implement it stringently. Our celebrities were always in news regarding child labor and girl rapes nevertheless their stature will protect them from troubles. However, unless the law tightens, child labor and rapes issues continue to prevail.
