Shooting of the Akkineni family multi-starrer film 'Manam' which was planned to begin from June 7 has been postponed by a month. Scorching heat is said to be one of the reasons for the delay in shoot and other being Akkineni Nagarjuna busy with his film 'Bhai'. Since 'Bhai' is expected to be completed and released by July, the actor thought that it would be wise to start the shooting of the film after its release when he can cater his undivided attention on the film.
'Manam' is a multi-starrer starring the three Akkineni’s, Nageshwara Rao, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya. Nagarjuna has been paired up with Shriya in the film where as Samantha will be seen with Naga Chaitanya. Vikram Kumar of 'Ishq' fame is directing the film and it has music given by Anoop Rubens.
