Sweety Shetty a.k.a Anushka is currently the busiest actress in the tinsel town with three huge films in her kitty. These films are huge in a literal sense as they have expensive budgets and tedious making process. The three films in discussion are Sri Raghava’s Varna (Irandam Ulagam in Tamil), Gunasekhar’s 'Rudramadevi' 3D and finally director SS Rajamouli’s 'Baahubali'. Anushka is the lead actress in all these three films.

Generally what we see in Telugu films is the heroines have brief appearances in terms of acting and for the rest of the film, they will just be shaking legs in the songs. But that is not the case with these three films. As a Lead actress, she has to do a lot beyond just being a glamor doll. The actress had to undergo intense training in sword fighting and horse riding to fit into these roles. Besides these, her workouts were so rigorous that the actress felt completely drained out even before the actual shoot of the film started. She couldn’t even get time for her personal self.

Despite all the pain, the actress is happy to be part of these films as these would be commercially huge and at the same time would be landmark films in her career. Looking at Anushka, one surely understands the meaning of the adage, no pain no gain. Isn’t it?
