Mahanati Savitri’s grandson Abhay is all set to make his acting debut. The speciality of the film is it's story is based on great Mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan’s life. Abhay will be playing the title role in this film and it will be simultaneously shot in Tamil and English languages. Tamil director Gnana Rajasekaran is handling the project who has earlier made films like ‘Mohamuzh’, ‘Mugam’, ‘Bharati’, ‘Periyar’. Currently the script work is going on and the project will hit the floors shortly.
Suhasini will be seen in the role of Ramanujan’s mother in this film. This film will be shot in Kumbhakonam, Namakkal, Veluru, London and Cambridge University locations to show the journey. More details of the film are awaited. Hope Abhay will be as successful as his grandmother Savitri.
