Looks like Anushka is in a spree of historical films. The ‘Arundhati’ lady has one more historical film lined up under her kitty other than ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Rudramadevi’. Anushka’s latest bilingual movie ‘Varna’ first look posters are out and are creating ripples in Both Tollywood and Kollywood. ‘PVP Cinema’ banner is producing the film with a whopping budget of 55 Crores. ‘7/G Brundavan’ Colony fame Sri Raghava is directing this magnum opus movie. Anushka will be seen in title role and Arya of ‘Varudu’ fame is playing the male lead.
This film has been extensively shot in Soviet Union of Georgia in some stunning locations. The unit of the film has recently wrapped the shooting and post-production working is in progress. Harris Jayaraj rendered music while Ramji handled camera. The movie is scheduled to be released in the month of August.
