Telugu cinema is going to become a costly affair hereafter. Depending on the status of cities/towns/villages in the state, according to the status of the theatres and the facilities available, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has revised the current tariff of ticket fares. The lowest class fares remained the same and the Government asked theaters to allocate 20% of total capacity to this class. The revised tariff in the three types of theatres in the state is as follows:

The government has also enforced few regulations for the theater managements that ensure the welfare of the viewers.
