Daagudu Moothalu story at a glance
B.Saroja Devi’s success streak continued with Daagudumoothalu. Prominent witty writer Mullapudi Venkataramana began his writing career with this film. As Adurthi Subbarao was busy with Mooga Manusulu then, this film was delayed. In the mean time, Mullapudi worked for Sr.NTR starrer Rakta Ssambandham and it was released before Daagudumoothalu. Atmabalam which released on Sankranthi day in the year 1964 established ANR-B.Saroja as a hit pair. Daagudumoothalu released later in the year and made Sr.NTR- B.Saroja pair highly successful too.
