Michael Velayudham (Pawan Kalyan) and Meera (Trisha) fall in love and enjoy their life. Later Meera decides to go to India to pursue her career as restoration architect. They feel that long distance relationships don’t work so they decide to call off their relationship. What happens after that? Will they ever patch up forms the remaining story!

Teenmaar is the official Telugu remake of super hit Hindi movie, Love Aaj Kal which released in 2009. Jayanth had almost mimicked the original version in Telugu. But the movie did not go well with Telugu audience. Also the on spot dubbing technique used in the movie had made the dialogues in the movie unclear. Finally the movie ended as a flop.

This is the first combination of Pawan Kalyan and Jayanth.
This is the second combination of Trisha and Pawan Kalyan. Trisha earlier appeared in a cameo role in Pawan Kalyan’s Bangaram movie.
The movie is the remake of Bollywood movie, Love Aaj Kal. Also this is the first remake for Pawan Kalyan.
Paresh Rawal who played ‘Lingam Maayya’ role in Chiranjeevi’s Shankar Dada MBBS reappeared in the movie for ‘Senapathi’ role.
Sidelights
Pawan Kalyan had used spot dubbing technique for this movie. He earlier used the same technique in his earlier movie, Johnny. Audiences were not able to understand the dialogues in theaters and finally it became one of the reasons for movie failure.
Unlike usual practice in Tollywood, the first day shoot photos of the movie were released to media on that day itself.
Trivikram Srinivas who had stopped penning dialogues for others’ movies had written the script of the movie due to his friendship with Pawan Kalyan.
Producer Ganesh Babu had lost good amount of money in this project. Pawan Kalyan had done one more movie (Gabbar Singh) to recover the loss.
