Paradesi story at a glance
Raasa (Adharva) is a carefree guys who lives in a rural village of Madra Presidency. He falls in love with Angamma (Vedhika) of the same village but gets rejected by Angamma's parents as Raasa is jobless. He then searches for job and finally meets a manager of Tea Estate. That concerned person offers a better living, food and hihg wages, if people wished to work in his Tea estate. And so Raasa along with few villagers land in the estate. Later all the people learn that all the promises made by the manager are false. They will be treated worst like slaves and people who try to escape were punished severely. Raasa too tries to escape and the rest of the story is will Raasa succeeds in getting through and marry Angamma.
