Nenu Meeku Telusa story at a glance
Aditya (Manoj Manchu) suffers from recurring amnesia disease. His forget everything of each day. Aditya recollects everything by listening to a tape that was recorded him. Only his uncle (Nassar) and his family doctor are aware of his disorder. Madhu (Riya Sen) convinces Aditya that she is his girlfriend, but she really wants is Aditya’s property. Madhu kills Aditya's uncle and frames Aditya as the culprit. To investigate this case enters Anjali (Sneha Ullal). The rest of the story is who the culprit of Aditya’s uncle murder is and what is the relation between Anjali and Aditya.
