Krishna (Ravi Teja) is go-lucky guy who lives in Vijayawada. He falls in love with Sandhya (Trisha) at first sight who visits from Hyderabad. Sandhya is the sister of Shinde (Sayaji Shinde) who is a popular builder and mafia man in Hyderabad. Jakka (Mukul Dev) is another mafia don in the same city who wants to marry Sandhya against Shinde’s wish. The film is all about how Krishna fights with Jakka and marries Sandhya.

The film was a huge hit in Ravi Teja’s career. The film was made with a budget of 4 crores and grossed 5.6 crores in its opening week and grossed 11.88 crores in 2nd week. By the end of its 4th week, it had grossed 15 crores. On the whole the movie collected around 22 crores.
