A small golden Ganesh idol goes missing from the huge treasure unearthed from the secret chambers of Anantha Padmanabha Swamy temple in Thiruvananthapuram. Surya (Nikhil), a clever pickpocketer, Swathi (Colours Swathi), an innocent journalist and Durga (Ravi Babu), a comedy villain are also in pursuit of finding the idol as it is worth some crores due to its high antique value. Who will get their hands on it? What changes does it bring in their lives forms the rest of the story.

The best part of the film is the excellent casting of the movie. All the actors played their parts very well and up to the demand of the script and their characters. Nikhil and Swathi have the habit of going overboard in their characters, but the director managed to tone them well and use up to his requirement. Ravi Babu gets a superb role as villain with comical touch. He pulled it effortlessly. Love Failure and Pizza fame Pooja Rama Chandran is good as hero's friend. Jeeva as Salarjam Shankar who is an antique expert is cool.

The debutante director Sudhir Varma seems to have inspired from Ram Gopal Varma's crime comedies like Kshanam Kshanam and Anaganga o roju. He successfully adopted some of the styles of Ram Gopal Varma and Quentin Tarantino. The first half of the movie is entertaining despite being predictable at times. He lost his way in the second half as he slowly reveals the plot. This phase tests the patience of the audience but the twists towards the climax made up some how.

Sunny MR, the music composer of the movie is also a new comer. All the songs are good to listen with ‘Life Antey’ and ‘Krishnudi Varasulantha’ looking too good on screen. All songs are background songs and situational (no lip sync required by actors). The back ground score of the movie is fresh and added life to the various vital episodes of the movie.

Sudhir Varma himself penned the dialogues of the movie which are apt for the demand of the script. Cinematography by debutant Richard Prasad is superb. The film is colourful and his technique is good too. Editing by Karthika Srinivas and Art work by Nagendra are good too. There is no designated choreographer and action director for this film. The production values are very high for a low budget movie.

The movie is technically sound for a small movie. This movie can be a case study for making a good film (technically) by making the best use of limited resources. Overall, the movie has several good moments and few extremely boring moments. Give it a try!
